Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very very good stay for a Palenque visit. All members of the staff were excellent and affable. The restaurant was particularly good with a nice atmosphere, we ordered excellent dishes...
Breakfast was poor, can be way much better.

Personnel was very nice and pleasant!
the hotel had a central location and it was not very far from pakal. and i was next to bars and restaurants. there was a huge variety of cafes and bars to choose from.

The safe in the room was broken!!! Pool area left unkempt with slippery steps and murky water!!! Better drink refill options needed instead of forcing guests to go to the restaurant!!!

Brand-new modern room, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe were appreciated. I really enjoyed the breakfast with lots of affordable food. The staff was accommodating and pleasant, everything was perfect.

The pool area was just very nice, like, a perfect spot for the kids to splash around while I enjoyed a drink,, very relaxing. The staff were so attentive, always checking if we needed anything and even helped us organize a little tour of the ruins that kept everyone entertained and informed.
It wasn't exactly affordable,, but still reasonable for what we got.

Had a great stay with a refreshing pool that was just perfect for relaxing! The food was excellent, especially the local drinks. Just be careful with the A/C—it gets a bit too chilly near the bed. I'd stay again!
